5. Shipping Rates

We use a simple flat-rate shipping model for all orders. Shipping costs do not change based on weight or distance. Rates are based only on the destination country.

6. Tracking Information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier begins scanning the package.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for misspelled addresses, missing unit numbers, or incorrect postal codes. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

8. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Delivery speed is controlled by the carrier. Common causes of delay include weather, operational backlogs, and customs inspections. We cannot issue refunds for orders marked “delivered” by the carrier.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, please contact us to open an investigation.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

  • Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item.

10. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom, customers may be responsible for VAT, import duties, and customs fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to certain PO boxes (depending on carrier) or restricted locations requiring special permits. We reserve the right to refuse orders flagged for fraud.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Address edits may not be possible after processing, and orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Submit requests immediately to support@devamigo.com.

13. Pre-Order or Backorder Items

If an item is labeled as pre-order, estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page. Customers agree to extended wait times by purchasing such items.

14. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in one or several packages depending on warehouse availability and packaging requirements. There is no extra cost for split shipments.
